I'm currently reading "Bill of Wrongs: The Executive Branch's Assault on America's Fundamental Rights" by the late great Molly Ivins. Currently I'm half-way through the book and it's a very detailed account of many constitutional injustices committed by this administration. I strongly recommend it!!

i always enjoyed reading Molly Ivins . . . and miss her articles in the paper now-a-days too . . I feel the same way. She was a voice for us Texans who saw things in a more reasonable way. Her dying left a huge gaping hole where her wit, candor, and humanity resided.

"The End of America: Letter of Warning to a Young Patriot" by Naomi Wolf. I just cracked open the front cover and will start diggin' in.
I just wanted to add that Naomi made 2 references of the Dixie Chicks about "the incident" and how the administration made examples of them to discourage people from speaking out. Very interesting book and it's worth reading.

Finally got done with "The Sweet Far Thing" yesterday afternoon, took me about a month to read it because it's a little over 800 pages, I moved onto something a bit lighter...a Mary Higgins Clark book called "Pretend You Don't See Her" I got it at a used book store for 50cents
