Thanks for posting that, Sue.
I really like the review - it puts the focus firmly on them and what they're doing (and is pretty complementary about the music, the performance and the growth in confidence).
I know some may be less pleased at the "fading" reference to the DC awareness - but it is realistic. The influence is still out there (as we've discussed in other threads) - but quite naturally, that influence is subsumed and mingled as the scene evolves. I'm glad the Hounds are right there, as an active and appreciated part of that evolution.
I get the impression that all three of the latter day DCs are currently doing what they want to, and even if that's not always what we'd hoped for, we can't begrudge them that fulfilment. Naturally, I hope those fans who want to see some more trio work get their wish - but after looking through the tweets, I don't think it would be the trio as I knew and appreciated them. I'm pretty happy with what's currently on offer - but hopefully the future will bring us all a little of what we're hoping to see!
