Will Hoge was riding a motor scooter in Nashville last week when a van reportedly failed to yield at a junction.
He sustained multiple injuries, but his condition has now been reclassified from critical to stable, and he is expected to recover.
The fate of the Fall tour with the Everybodyfields is very uncertain.

The Everybodyfields are going ahead with the tour. These artists (and probably others) will fill in as the second act in various towns: Katie Herzig, McCarthy Trenching, Samantha Crain & the Midnight Shivers.
The plan is to give a proportion of the proceeds from the tour to Will Hoge and his family (so even though these artists perform in different styles, it's hoped that the tour will be a success)
In any case, the Everybodyfields are one of the most distinctive and innovative acts around at the moment. Here's Jill Andrews singing:

it is always sad whenever anyone is injured . . .and particularly when so seriously injured . . .prayers are for his speedy recovery . . .
