OK, let's all post YouTube videos we've made, or ones we just like!
Here's an L Word music video I made last night... the song is "Want To" by Sugarland. It's only my second full-length fanvid... but I think it turned out pretty well!

Little Feat - Rock 'n' Roll Doctor (featuring Lowell George, one of musical heroes) Rosanne Cash ~ I Don’t Know Why You Don’t Want Me (in my opinion – an example of a “perfect” pop song – music in any genre (country/rock/pop) does not get any better than this mid-1980’s song … and Vince Gill on background vocals only makes it that much better) Tift Merritt - Good Hearted Man (another great pop song in my opinion … just listening to this makes me wish I was somebody’s Good-Hearted Man ) The Kinleys - I'm In (I love the Kinleys … and I love this Radney Foster tune ... his version with Abra Moore is just as good … but I do like the Kinleys version a little bit more ... only complaint is that the video cuts out the guitar solo towards the end of the album track) I’ll stop here for now … I don’t want to hijack the thread … maybe a little later down the thread I can post some more favorites … like Shelby Lynne & her sister Allison Moorer ... or a classic Linda Ronstadt tune … or Alison Krauss … or Nicolette Larson ... or some 1980's WEST COAST style pop from Toto, or The (David Foster-produced) Tubes, or Bill Champlin & Jay Graydon helping out Al Jarreau or George Benson ... or Don Henley & Kenny Loggins solo stuff ?

I love all of those, cescpa - especially Tift (Good Hearted Man always gets to me!)
This next one is Hillbilly Rock 'n' Roll performed by two of its biggest stars - Joe Maphis, one of the most influential masters of the electric guitar, and the one and only Queen of Rockabilly, Wanda Jackson.

More legends from the classic fifties: The Collins Kids (Larry and Lorrie) Although the films are a bit later, they started performing like this when they were only eight and ten. Rightly regarded as legends by Rockabilly fans in Britain and Germany, it seems they came to be almost forgotten by most of America - but check out their page at the Rockabilly Hall of Fame): www.rockabillyhall.com/CollinsKids1.html

How's this for a legend?
(perhaps the dancers are a bit distracting) - but this is Chuck Berry with one of his most memorable songs:

I own 16 original episodes on VHS transferred from the original tapes. Fun to sit back and watch these. Especially for the early footage of Johnny Cash, Patsey Cline, George Jones, Carl Perkins, etc.. etc.. More classic 50’s Country Shows I own: Star Route also featuring the Collins Kids Community Jamboree Country Style USA

Another legend you might not have heard of. (Not bad for 65) John McLaughlin is one of my all time favorite guitarists. And one of my favorite bands was The Mahavishnu Orchestra. Birds Of Fire (1973) is in my top 100 albums of all time.
