Quote by Kent67b:
In both pics, actually, this is the late Kenny Edwards, who was in the Stone Poneys, and re-joined her in her road/studio crew in 1973.

This may be of interest. Not Linda herself, but a picture of her backing quartet, the Corvettes (It was posted by Matraca Berg, who is married to Jeff Hanna)

Yes, Jeff Hanna was in the Corvettes after the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band temporarily went on hiatus following an exhausting appearance in the film PAINT YOUR WAGON, which was shot in Oregon. When NGDB re-formed (following their seeing Poco at the Troubadour in L.A.) in early 1969, Jeff departed, and was replaced in the Corvettes by Bernie Leadon. Linda remained friendly with both guys. Here is Linda with the Corvettes on Playboy After Dark, from October 1969:

Linda receiving her Lifetime Achievement Grammy here in L.A. last Saturday (April 23, 2016): Unfortunately, there was zero coverage of this in the media. Since Linda's Parkinson's condition doesn't allow her to sing anymore (in fact, she needed help from her manager John Boylan just to be able to walk onto the Dolby Theatre stage), she was saluted by her former beau J.D. Souther ("Faithless Love"); Mexican-American singer Lila Downs; and country superstar and mega-fan Martina McBride ("Blue Bayou"). The show, at which Earth, Wind, and Fire, Herbie Hancock, Run DMC, and others got Lifetime Achievement awards as well, is to be broadcast later on this year on PBS's Great Performances series.

Actually, the woman to Linda's left in that pic is her good friend, the late singer/songwriter Phoebe Snow, remembered for her 1975 hit "Poetry Man".
